Lithuanian authorities are investigating an attempted arson attack on a SpaceX Starlink base station near Vilnius, treating it as Russia-linked sabotage aimed at undermining Ukraine's military capacity. The incident occurred early Sunday morning and was quickly extinguished with minimal damage. Vilmantas Vitkauskas, head of Lithuania’s National Crisis Management Centre, stated that the attack is part of a pattern of similar incidents in Bulgaria and Poland, all targeting Starlink stations to disrupt Ukrainian operations. Ukraine relies heavily on Starlink for battlefield communications and drone guidance systems.
