An NDIS supervisor who allegedly bashed and kidnapped an intruder she caught on her property has been granted bail but is banned from going within 100km of her own house in the Hunter Region of NSW.

Kylee Robinson is accused of taking a baseball bat to a man she found in her shed at Raymond Terrace, north of Newcastle, on August 2, before tying him up by the neck with a chain and padlock.

Robinson, 52, and her partner Guy Westgate, 53, then allegedly forced the man to accompany them to a homeless camp in nearby Boomerang Park in search of previously stolen goods.
