Rush pleaded guilty in Virginia federal court to one count of wire fraud.

Rush fabricated a "highly classified" government program to justify the acquisition of luxury property in south Florida that he intended to resell for personal profit, according to a court filing.
"Rush abused his position and betrayed the public trust and should be held fully accountable for his actions," said CIA Director John Ratcliffe.
An FBI search of his home later uncovered 298 gold bars, along with more than $2.1 million in cash and other valuables.
A former CIA officer who was arrested after authorities found hundreds of gold bars stashed in his home has admitted to defrauding the US government in a sprawling $200m (£151m) scam involving fake contracts and real estate.
