Cindy Crawford posted a statement Sunday from herself, husband Rande Gerber and their daughter Kaia revealing their heartbreak at son Presley's death.
Presley began modelling as a teenager and was signed by the agency IMG Models at 15.
"We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many who know and love our family and even strangers who feel our pain," she also posted.
Presley died at an undisclosed rehab facility of a suspected overdose on Sept. 20.
