Publicly listed inspections of licensed blood establishments show the company's clinics have received "non-compliant" ratings in New Brunswick, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Most recently, the June 23 inspection that resulted in the non-compliant rating for the Taylor Avenue location found problems in how the clinic screened donors for suitability, cleaned and maintained equipment and investigated errors and accidents, among other issues."
