"Iran's health ministry says at least 18 killed, 108 injured in U.S. strikes
Iran's Ministry of Health said late Wednesday that the previous night of U.S. strikes had killed at least 18 people and left 108 wounded.
The statement from Health Minister Mohammad-Reza Zafarghandi, relayed by Iran's IRIB state television network, did not provide a breakdown of civilian and military casualties, but Iranian authorities had said over the course of Wednesday that four civilians were killed in a U.S. strike that hit a wedding celebration in the southern province of Hormozgan.
On Thursday, the head of a local hospital said most of the 70 people admitted with injuries after the strike had been discharged, but 11 remained under treatment, including five who remained in intensive care."
