Build a lot more housing
Make the Muni a lot faster and improve its coverage of the city
Cut red tape and make it a lot easier to start a small business
Allow and encourage multi-level retail
But having said all that, I do think that San Francisco’s restaurant scene is decently good despite all of these challenges."
