The Washington Commanders star wide receiver Terry McLaurin is out for the remainder of the season after suffering a torn left patellar tendon during Monday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers, which the Commanders lost 23-17. Coach Dan Quinn announced on Tuesday that McLaurin will undergo surgery to repair the injury, noting his significant contributions both on and off the field since training camp began this season. In just five games this year, McLaurin had 15 catches for 230 yards and a touchdown. Over his eight-year career with the Commanders, he has accumulated 513 catches for 7,191 yards and 42 touchdowns.
