Create a clear description and use key search words to appeal to the algorithm.
asserted
which → include → algorithm
People will search with quite specific terms so the more detail you give, then the more likely that your item will be listed to them.
asserted

Lucy suggests taking the time to write a clear, detailed description incorporating key search words that will attract the algorithm and therefore push your post to a prominent position to be seen by as many buyers as possible.
uncertain
that → suggest → buyers
Write searchable titles
'So, if you’re writing a title rather than, for example, saying “lovely dress”, if it is a Rixo silk dress, size 12, just make sure that’s popped into your title and make sure your descriptions are clear,’ she emphasises.

she → write → title
‘It is a really powerful algorithm’ Lucy adds but if you are extra keen you can also include hashtags.

asserted
they → provide → pieces
‘It just saves you a lot of hassle because not all sizing is consistent with different brands,’ Lucy explains.

Measuring flat is the standard method: ‘So, literally, if you’re going from your waist, it’s like you were measuring one half of your waist.’

While taking measurements is time consuming, it does promote sales, as it make life easier for buyers.

‘While you can nominate a Size 38 as a 10, I feel a French 38 is not strictly a size 10 as such,’ she says.
asserted
she → nominate → 10
‘Buyers will always ask for measurements, so it is simpler to include them from the start as it is painful to have to get something out to take them retrospectively.
