Actress Scarlett Johansson listed her Spanish-style villa in Hollywood Hills for $4.95 million in February 2010, which she originally purchased from filmmaker Harold Becker for $7 million in 2007. The property, built in 1931, spans nearly three-quarters of an acre and includes four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and approximately 4,300 square feet of living space. According to the Los Angeles Times, it features terraces, a swimming pool, and a glass-topped central atrium. The villa also has maid’s quarters that can be converted into a media room or gym. Harold Becker, known for directing films such as "The Onion Field" (1979) and "Domestic Disturbance" (2001), was working on the thriller "Vengeance: A Love Story" at the time Johansson bought the property.
