The Aporia
Odell Beckham Jr., who was released by the New York Giants after playing just 20 snaps over three games, has signed with the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad. Initially expected to contribute significantly following an injury to Calvin Austin III, Beckham's role diminished rapidly due to his placement at the bottom of the Giants' depth chart. The Vikings are currently dealing with injuries in their wide receiver corps, particularly Justin Jefferson who is battling a high ankle sprain. This situation could provide Beckham Jr. more opportunities for playing time and he may catch passes from quarterback Kyler Murray, although there's no scheduled game between the Vikings and Giants this season to seek personal revenge.
