Portland Police Bureau spokesman Mike Benner said officers first responded at approximately 2pm to reports of a disturbance at the restaurant in the 1000 block of SE Water Avenue.

'About 20 minutes later, a couple dozen demonstrators returned and broke at least one window at the restaurant and then they fled,' cops said in a statement reported by KOIN 6 News.
