Assistant US Attorney Kelly Volkar, who was prosecuting the case, said that a boat plug was missing when the authorities located the boat, Firehouse reported.
‘I say all that, Your Honor, just to say that there are a lot of questions, and I do believe that the local authorities have been working very hard to get answers to those questions to find Mr Harris or his body,’ Volkar appealed.
