The Aporia
Konrad Narth, a member representing La Vérendrye in Manitoba’s southeast region, was chosen as the interim leader of the Progressive Conservative Party following the abrupt resignation of Obby Khan on Monday. Khan quit both his leadership position and caucus membership due to internal conflicts within the party. Narth addressed reporters shortly after a closed-door caucus meeting where the decision was made, stating that the party remains united and will later determine a permanent new leader. The legislature resumed its sessions today with this change in leadership dynamics.
