Russian drones struck Coca-Cola plant outside Kyiv, Zelenskyy says

Russian drones struck a Coca-Cola plant outside Kyiv, the capital city of Ukraine, on Thursday, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The attack damaged the facility, but no one was injured in the strike near the town of Brovary, just east of Kyiv. Zelenskyy accused Russia of targeting an American facility by hitting a plant that produces Coca-Cola products for export to the United States. He described the attack as a "clear Russian signal to America" and noted that Iran-designed drones were used in the strike. The plant's staff, including Andy Hunder, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, were reported to be uninjured. Firefighting crews arrived at the scene, and smoke was seen rising above the plant and nearby fields.
