A three-phase vision spanning 30 years
The newly approved master plan sets out a 30-year development plan divided into three 10-year phases covering both park sites.

However, DCR public communications manager Dave Neudeck told the Gazette-Journal that no state funding has been set aside or spent to carry out the plan.
