Kai Havertz, an Arsenal forward, was forced to leave Germany's Nations League match against the Netherlands due to a suspected hamstring injury on Thursday evening. The injury occurred when Quinten Timber (brother of his Arsenal teammate Jurrien Timber) made a high challenge during the game. After being substituted, Havertz will undergo further medical assessment that night along with Jamal Musiala, as confirmed by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp. Although Klopp does not expect Havertz to be available for Germany’s upcoming match against Greece this weekend, he remains optimistic about the player's quick return to his club. Arsenal had originally planned for Havertz to rest after the game against Greece in Augsburg on September 24th before their next set of fixtures beginning October 1st. Given Havertz’s importance as a first-choice striker under manager Mikel Arteta, Arsenal is hopeful that the injury isn’t severe, considering his history with previous injuries and how crucial he has been to the team's early-season performance.
