Lamine Camara, a 22-year-old midfielder, has been linked to a move from Monaco to Chelsea, but the French club's head coach Filipe Luis has expressed his desire to keep him. Luis, who previously played for Chelsea, said that Camara is "elite" and hopes to keep him at Monaco until the end of the transfer window. Despite this, Chelsea are still reportedly interested in signing Camara, with some analysts claiming that a fee of €45million (£38.5m) being discussed is "crazily low", and that a deal would be a "terrific signing" for the London club.
Terrific signing if Chelsea get it done.
