In June 2026, Eugene Horsch, son of deceased pornographer Raymond 'RC' Horsch, was arrested near Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia when a park ranger found him with another woman carrying false identification. This led to searches at his home, where authorities discovered over one million digital images and videos featuring multiple women, including those identified as missing persons like Nicole Fusaro, who disappeared in 2018 at age 27.
Police found evidence suggesting Fusaro was strangled on camera by RC Horsch before she went missing. The property also contained vats of unknown chemicals, small amounts of marijuana, and writings about serial killers. No human remains were recovered from the house despite extensive forensic testing, complicating the investigation. Authorities have linked at least seven women to the home, including five who are feared dead or missing.
Frank Vanore, Deputy Police Commissioner for Philadelphia, revealed that some images depict women appearing unconscious or injured, and investigators continue to analyze massive amounts of digital evidence.
