The father of three-year-old Noah Woods who is believed to have drowned in a pond after running away from his grandfather has described him as 'the sweetest and most innocent boy, with nothing but love to give'.
The vulnerable youngster was last seen alive on Tuesday afternoon when he ran away from a relative in a play area for under fives in Merriam Close, Brantham, Suffolk.
