A Learjet 60 carrying nine people crashed near homes in Cresthaven, Palm Beach County, Florida, around 12:50 p.m. local time on Sunday, November 1, after departing from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Texas headed for North Eleuthera Airport in the Bahamas. The plane, traveling through a storm at high altitudes, reportedly experienced a sudden stall and rapidly descended before crashing into a residential area near Greenacres, causing an explosion and massive fireball. The crash resulted in nine fatalities including tech tycoon Adam Robinson, his wife Helen Sharp, their two young children, and other family members and friends who were onboard the private jet. NTSB investigators are examining potential human errors that may have contributed to the disaster.
