A 28-year-old woman, identified as Katie Suarez, remains critically injured after being stabbed multiple times in the neck while jogging along a Brooklyn waterfront path on Friday night. The attack occurred around 8 p.m. near Shore Parkway and Bay 17th Street in Bath Beach. Emergency services rushed her to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn where she was listed as critical, though an NYPD spokesperson confirmed she is still alive Saturday morning. Neighbors described Suarez as a kind and family-oriented woman who worked at a local bank. Police have not identified any suspects yet.
