A five-year-old's parents have been arrested after the boy died in a hot car outside their Arizona home while they hosted a party after church.
Theo Sabo was found unresponsive in a sweltering vehicle outside his family's $1.1 million property in Peoria on Sunday.
His parents, Anca Sabo, 45, and Mihail Sabo, 50, have been charged with negligent homicide and child abuse for leaving him in the vehicle as temperatures reached 105 degrees, Fox 10 reported.

The family returned home from the baptism of another child around 1pm, and did not realize the boy was missing until 3.45pm as they hosted the party, according to police.

Theo was pulled out of the car and given CPR by family members, then taken to hospital by the fire department, where he was pronounced dead.

Mihail told police that he asked his 14-year-old son, who has not been named, to get Theo out of the car when they first got back from church, according to court documents.

The teenager told police that he does not remember being asked to get his brother from the car.

'It appears that it was either a miscommunication between who or which family member was supposed to get the child out of the car,' police community relations officer William Kennedy said.
