Peter Geiger, known as “Mr. Halloween,” will give away more than 14,000 king-sized candy bars on Saturday at his business in Lewiston, Maine, continuing a tradition that spans over 30 years. This year's event includes additional inflatable monsters and spooky characters, along with a debut bubble machine. The secret password to receive the treats will be revealed the day before the giveaway. Reny’s, a Maine department store, donated the candy to make this year’s event possible. Geiger’s annual Halloween event has become a beloved tradition in the Lewiston-Auburn area of central-southern Maine.
