Cafe Margaret, formerly known as Next Door, has reopened under renowned chef Neil Perry's direction in Sydney. The restaurant offers a range of dishes but is particularly noted for its burgers: the 200-gram CopperTree Farms and Blackmore Wagyu beef patty American Cheeseburger with rose mayonnaise, onion, and pickles, as well as the Margaret Burger featuring smoked bacon, gruyere cheese, tomato relish, and Zuni pickles. Despite these offerings, Cafe Margaret focuses on produce-driven fare like a gem lettuce salad with apple, dates, and almonds, and bigeye tuna sashimi served with miso and honey dressing. The restaurant has already attracted significant attention for its fresh drinks and lively atmosphere since reopening.
