The Aporia
In the late 1990s, ancient Roman frescoes and mosaics were discovered underneath the ruins of the Baths of Trajan in Rome, Italy. These artworks are part of the largest known collection of their kind from ancient Rome. The discovery was made within underground structures that originally served as foundations for what became the largest bath complex ever constructed in the Roman world. Now, this significant historical find has been restored and is available for public viewing.
