A former Tory activist named Jack Ross, who offered to broker contract killings in an undercover film report, had previously worked for the Conservative Party headquarters. According to the BBC, Ross was contracted to do social media work for the party until earlier this year but was never a full employee or pass holder of the Conservative Campaign Headquarters. The Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch called these allegations shocking and stated that she does not believe Ross is currently a member. His party membership has been suspended pending an investigation, as reported by a Conservative spokesman. Ross has also met with prominent right-wing politicians like former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Reform UK leader Nigel Farage in his role as chief executive of Turning Point UK.
