On Sunday, September 13, hooded youths launched fireworks at a synagogue in Maida Vale, Westminster during Jewish New Year celebrations. The attack took place around 3:56 PM, and though there were reports of damage from the fireworks, police confirmed that the building was empty with no injuries or property damage. Rabbi Amir Ellituv expressed hope that such incidents would not deter community gatherings. The incident prompted CST (Community Security Trust) to call it a "serious event" and for increased police patrols in the area to ensure community safety.
