A Metropolitan Police officer who called his colleagues 'wastemen' on his own podcast has been sacked for breaching policies around social media.
PC Idominik Efeotor, of the Met's Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command, was dismissed this week without notice at an accelerated misconduct hearing.
