Rogers Communications reported a $482 million profit attributable to shareholders in the third quarter of 2026, marking an 8% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year. The company's total service revenue and adjusted EBITDA grew by 1%, with free cash flow reaching a record high of $1.4 billion for the quarter. This growth was driven primarily by higher sports revenue from increased game day attendance at Toronto Blue Jays games, the earlier start of the NHL regular season in September, and the consolidation of MLSE (Multi-Sport Entertainment) which contributed an additional $0.79 billion in revenue year to date. Despite this, Rogers saw a slight dip in wireless service revenue by 1%, partially offset by higher advertising revenue on Sportsnet and increased subscriber revenue from Warner Bros. Discovery channels.
