Friends and family say Boisvert works as a paramedic and frequently attended festivals, and that it is highly unusual for her to not stay in contact throughout the event.
Now, her twin sister says she received two calls from Boisvert shortly after she was last seen.
"I was sleeping and called her back instantly when I realized that she called," Dianna Boisvert said in a statement to CBC News.

Ming Liu was at the festival and said he knows Boisvert through other music events they've both attended.
He said he ran into her several times through the weekend, adding that she was in good spirits.
